We've recently purchased a 42inch zero turn mover. It took a while to arrive from back order but it was worth the wait. In fact we had forgotton about the order. Damien McKehnie I'm so bloody grateful I got my brand new Kubota delivered just before Christmas in the midst of a tropical Cyclone Jasper with torrential rain pissing down your a legend Mate . Your kept me in the loop the whole time whilst waiting for delivery . You where so easy to deal with made it even easier to be honest . I'm now spending less time mowing hahaha winning and more time for me . Since I upgraded to a 62inch kubota diesel its a dream to sit on comfort plus and the suspension seat omg I've died an gone to heaven. Thanks heaps for methodical instructions an run down of the new toy it's a weapon I love it . Highly recommended great northern Ag for all your farming needs their awesome. I recently purchased a new Kubota Ride on Mower. Damien was my contact and from the very beginning I felt like he really valued my business. He listened to what I was after and made his recommendation. He was 100% spot on. He arranged delivery within a couple of days as I needed it quickly. Free delivery, a full tank of fuel, replacement oils were all provided. Damien did a full and comprehensive hand over so that when he left I felt confident to hop on and just get going. Cairns is not known for its great customer service unfortunately - a lot of businesses and staff could learn a lot from GR8 Northern Ag and Damien. Well done and thank you. I have already recommended you to a neighbour.

Such a refreshing change to deal with a business that values customer service with very competitive pricing. Damien handled our sale and provided great advise, timely updates and correspondence throughout pre-delivery. Delivery and induction of the machine was also taken care of allowing us to focus on other jobs and ensuring our staff were safely accounted for.
