Honestly, these guys are incredible. The quality of work from Green Fox Metals is next level, and Jack has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process.

He’s super easy to deal with, always kept us in the loop, and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job and making sure you're happy with the result.

Waited two weeks for a quote from Jack after explaining the job was time-sensitive and needed to be completed for council sign-off. He told me there was a 12–16 week lead time, which I was fine with—IF I received the quote within the two weeks he promised.

Two weeks passed, no quote, no update. I followed up—ignored.

It’s a simple job: one gate and one screen. If sending a quote on time is too hard, how can I trust the installation will happen within the 12–16 week timeframe?

Jack may do good work, but his admin and communication are poor. If he’s not interested in the job, he should just say so instead of stringing along genuine clients and wasting their time.

Five years ago Green Fox installed about 60m of balustrade rated fencing along the sides of my property, and I am still getting good comments from people who are walking past. I needed balustrade rating as my property is about 1.5m below the roadway, and same drop down to my neighbour’s property. See photos on the Green Fox web site.

Jack and his team are very professional and friendly. All jobs have some challenges, and the team certainly overcame all of them. Recently, five years after the installation, and due to building movement, one gate needed adjustment and Jack’s team happily came back and resolved everything, all at no cost with no questions asked. Pretty good warranty guys!!

I would certainly recommend Green Fox to anyone who wants a high-end quality job with attention to detail. All the team who installed my balustrades are still working with Jack which shows it is a good firm to be with.
