I contacted Jamie initially for a quote for drone videography. The quote was very reasonable however a friend lent me a drone and I wanted to try it out for myself. I ended up damaging the drone unfortunately and contacted Jamie again to have it repaired. He was most accomodating even though I hadn’t used him originally. The repair quote was reasonable and there was no obligation for me to carry out the repair if I didn’t want to. Fortunately I did and was lucky enough due to the issue that a new drone was sent out.

Throughout all my interactions with Jamie he was polite, honest, helpful and gave me his time even though he is clearly busy a lot of the time. I have no hesitation in recommending Jamie for drone related services and repairs.
