After a non delivery of flowers from an outsourced delivery company to my mum on mothers day, Philipa from Greenfield Blooms went above and beyond to make sure my mum received the most beautiful flowers. Had a great experience with these wonderful people at Greenfield Blooms and Gifts. How they’ve treated me made me feeling that they’re known to me for decades.
Was in a hurry at work, suddenly had a plan, wanted to give a surprise Gift to my wife on a special day- Greenfield name came first, called and introduced me to Phillipa- she was so friendly, assured me, picked that after work. Rang from NZ on Friday 3rd at 4pm to order flowers for daughter in law after having baby the day before. I had forgotten to arrange something earlier so was feeling a little desperate now. Was thankful Greenfields was still open & though they were closing at 4.30 they went out of their way to put together a nice bunch & deliver by the evening.
My son was so pleased for his wife and said she was very happy. She told me so the next day & sent a picture.
