Contacted Greg’s glass in the late afternoon about getting glass screen door replaced. Was told I’d have someone out the next morning for a measure and quote, and can have same day fix. Amazing.
Next day, zero contact was made until I called at 2 pm querying when to expect them, for which reception said glazier would be there in 5 minutes. Asked glazier to give me call on the quote costs as I needed to pick children up from school. Was expecting a call and to hear from them about getting it fitted. Waited until 4.15pm, to find out glazier had actually finished for the day and hadn’t even handed in the quote from the job yet so won’t hear anything until the following day. Unfortunate as I now felt unsafe with a smashed back door.
Called 8am sharp the following day, for which reception let me know the quote and that I’d be one of the first jobs being attended to.
Waited, and waited, no communication from their end. Called 12.30pm to find out the glazier was held back at a job, but zero communication was made? Unprofessional.
Finally, 1.30pm glazier shows. Door is replaced. Left the side of my house and laundry strewn with shards of glass. Had to clean the runners myself to allow my doors to work properly, plus refit the fly screen on its runners as it wasn’t on correctly.
Shit show from the moment I made contact.
Only giving 2 stars as Jess and Daniel were pleasant to speak to despite my multiple calls.

Amazing service today. A glass window pane replaced in under an hour. Jess is an absolute asset to your business, she was so friendly and knowledgable. You should give her a pay rise! I’ll be recommending Greg’s glass going forward. 🤩

I had my window broken late last night and was worried about getting it fixed in time for the weekend. I called Greg’s glass and had the best customer service from jess who immediately organised someone to come out the SAME day and fix the window. She made sure it worked around pick up and drop off of the kids. Thank you so much Jess and the team!

Not happy with company. Rang up never turned up, kept persisting, then after they said they would look into it, took 4 weeks to come back to us. EDIT: No Strata at my place mate. I don't even have internet so no email. Good try to cover this review though. Next time just get your staff to follow up and do what they say.

I rang them and informed the reception that the rollers need changing and that the door is really stiff. I was informed that the call outwould be $300...how much

We needed the rollers replacing on the sliding windows in our rental property (10 sets in all) so contacted Greg’s glass to do the job. Price was very reasonable, and the job was completed on time. After I paid the invoice, I noticed a crack in the lower corner of one of the window panes. I contacted Greg’s glass and they immediately arranged for somebody to come out and replace the windowpane at no extra charge. Good old-fashioned service with excellent after sales care. I am very happy and highly recommend Greg’s glass for your next job.

came in monday for help with a doorframe and was greeted by a lovely worker. was tons of help and got me everything i needed in no time.
