This caravan park is quite pleasant in it's surroundings, with good spacing for vans. However, the amenities are in serious need of an upgrade. One male toilet out of only three was out of order, hand drier barely worked, one shower head was useless due to screw through it, one female toilet leaked water constantly (when we are asked to use water conservatively), one sink tap was literally held together with gaffer tape. Add very poor lighting, a sewage vent in the middle of the non-powered sites, and a dump point placed between two powered sites in the middle of the park, and you get a less than pleasant stay here.

Recently stayed at this caravan park for one night camping in our tent and had booked a powered site. When we first arrived the reception fellow was not up to date with our booking as he said he’d been watering all the grassed areas - hence they were all wet. For the one available grassed area, he wasn’t sure if the power outlets were working! We ended up on an area that was more dirt than grass, uneven and not ideal. There is a well equipped camp kitchen area complete with TV. The amenities block is fairly dated and the inside lighting is fairly poor, making it a bit dark while showering. A bit noisy at night from traffic.

I have read some other reviews about the pet-friendly cabins. Note there is budget, upgraded budget (?) and new, availabiliy dependant. We stayed in the mid-range cabin and really enjoyed our stay. Bed was super clean and comfy, heaps of space, a lounge, dining table and modern furniture, well stocked tea/coffee etc, no smells, cleanliness was suitable, the only part I would 4 star. The ladies I spoke to, several times and at check out were great, only to helpful when I asked about the cabin quality and made booking changes. The grounds and camping amenities were great loads of space and grassy tree laiden areas, super clean and lovely pool area. The path is being completed into town, its only a 1-2km walk, all flat, and straight onto a pretty river storoll so close to everything as far as we are concerned. Will stay again either back in a cabin or at one of their sites. Lovely.

We had booked the only dog friendly Caravan Park in Griffith. Dog friendly should not mean old and run down ‘budget’ accommodation. It was a very hot day and the Aircon was not keeping up. The Aircon filters were clogged with dust & fluff. The furniture was old and well worn.

This campsite is really good.
First of all, it was the first time I saw a campsite offering a closed room with a fridge / hob / worktop, lots of chairs and tables, as well as air conditioning but also a TV. The toilet and shower area is a bit old but always clean (as is the kitchen). I haven't been in a mobile home but from the outside they seem really good.
There is also a fenced swimming pool, with a few chairs and deckchairs, there is a part that is "covered" by a canvas to protect you from the sun. Free wifi is available. In conclusion, I find it really good and I think it deserves even more than the rating given to it on the internet.

Have stayed at this park many times, owners are doing alit of upgrades, managers are friendly and helpful. Amazing new camp kitchen suitable for upto about 50 people. Regular sausage sizzles for charity, gold coin donation.
Large sites. Highly recommend.

Cute little place only a few minute drive from the main town. It's not a big place but the caravan sites seem spacious. They only have 3 toilets available in the toilet block and kept clean. The pool unfortunately wasn't cleaned while we visited but kids were still happy to swim with the bugs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dogs allowed in the park which is good for those who have pets. Playground is a bit dated but there were always kids on there.
The caravan park is situated near a train tracks, however, the train doesn't go through often so it's not an issue. Entry in and out is simple with a van.
