We couldn’t be happier with the Growplay Adventurer play equipment! From the moment it was set up, our daughter has been absolutely thrilled with it. It’s been an incredible tool in helping her grow in confidence and improve her gross motor skills. She loves the challenge of climbing, balancing, and swinging, and we’ve seen her become more adventurous and self-assured as a result. The build quality is fantastic, and it’s clear that safety was a top priority in the design. Watching her develop physically and mentally while having so much fun has been a joy. We wholeheartedly recommend the Growplay Adventurer, it’s an investment that has paid off tenfold!

We bought a Compact for the kids for Christmas in 2022 after recommendations from friends and added on a Flying Fox, Step Ups and Dip Bars. I must admit I put off setting it up for a while, but when I did the instructions and videos were great and it was pretty easy - ideally have another person to help you though! The kids absolutely love it and two years later happily play on it and it still looks brand new - no wonder Growplay offer a 10 year warranty.

We love the Growplay Compact Monkey Bar Set. We were hesitant in spending the money at first, but our girls age 4 and 7 play on it continuously. Money well spent, we will continue to add the other accessories to the set. The quality is unbelievable and so sturdy, we have been hit with some major storms lately and not once has it moved. Highly recommend Growplay Monkey Bars.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Website is difficult to use and misleading. Purchased the EXPLORER with extras as a Christmas present. Only found out the cubby house section was on pre order after purchase as the only time you are told is in small print at the final stages of checkout when shopping on a mobile device. Upon receiving our order we spent Christmas Eve putting it together for our kids to wake up to on Christmas morning only to find out it was missing parts and supplied extra of parts we didn’t need and we couldn’t put the whole thing together. My kids woke up to a half built climbing frame and as this was their main Christmas present they only had a few other small things they spent the morning inside watching tv when they should of been outside playing. At 3,5 and 7 they still believe in Santa and were left wondering why Santa couldn’t finish it. Customer service was mildly helpful although condescending. Have offered to send us out the missing parts. Little compensation for letting our kids down on Christmas Day. Still trying to say we have used the other part in another section which isn’t possible as they don’t look the same. Friends of ours purchased through another reputable climbing frame brand and have had no issues. I was trying to support a smaller company even though cost wise it was more as I thought I would get better support.
So let down.

So many people have asked us where we got our monkey bars. They look fantastic. We built them ourselves. Delivery was quick. The quality is top notch and my kids and their friends love playing on them.

Absolutely disgraceful, so many pieces missing. Completely ruined Christmas for my 7 year old. Wife is devastated we don’t have anything else as a back up gift besides clothes as this was a lot more money than we would spend. Worked on putting it together until midnight to find a whole heap of parts missing and then lost another hour trying to figure out what has happened.
On the day of buying I felt that customer service was not good either. It felt like they just wanted to make a quick sale and move on to whatever else seemed so important. This obviously also reflected to not receiving everything we needed to complete the Monkey Bars.
A refund is by far not good enough for all of the problems this has caused. How do you fix this on Xmas day.

Grow Play Monkey Bars are awesome. My two girls spend endless hours outside climbing, swinging and playing on their Ninja Climbing Frame. It's great as you can add onto your set giving the kids more challenges. Well worth the money we have spent! It also looks pretty cool in the front yard!

Our kids love their new monkey bars. Strong enough for them as they age, and so much fun. After only 1 week my youngest mastered the bridge and is so excited.
We got the soccer wall as a replacement for a swing, was a surprise, but much better for the age and usage of our kids.
They've even decided the soccer net can double as a "locker" when they are climbing but not kicking!
