Sought a quote for a simple small welding job, I was quoted a ridiculous price and lead time which was obviously a "we don't want the job because its to small" quote. If that is the case then say so and don't be rude about it. I got the job done by a local competitor for 80% less and the job was done to a high quality in less than 24 hrs.
I won't bother with GS again

I highly recommend GS engineering!!

I urgently needed a new sliding aluminum gate frame for my driveway.
My driveway is not on level and on a slope and so the gate had to be custom built. GS engineering took the time to help me resolve to design issues I was having AND I was pleasantly surprised with there affordable price!
I could not have asked for a better solution for a new powder coated aluminum sliding gate.

I came here some months ago as I was after a 12mm thick steel plate I needed for a welding table. Needed approx 900 x 450mm . They said they wouldn't buy a full sheet for such a small piece that I need.
About a week ago I needed a short length of 50mm x 12mm steel bar. No......not buying a length for a small piece that you need. You are a steel supply place. What's wrong with you people.
