See pics of the state of my aircon after clean. Drain was blocked and water leaking from aircon. I had to open it and remove pipe and clean my self. They first palmed the blame off to roof leak without going on roof. Poorly handled after I complained. I am still pissed off about this and how they have handled it all. They only gave me a $20 off the clean of this aircon.

Super easy to organise a quote and they actually came to the house to look at the size of area that needed cooling and position in relation to the sun.
Have a range of options in our price range, we finally went with the Carrier.
The installers showed up at the states time, did a great job. It was raining and they wiped their feet everytime before coming into the house. They cleaned up afterwards and were happy to walk me through the controls.

We had a very difficult issue with a leak suspected to be coming from a refrigerant line which was installed when the house was framed and therefore quite inaccessible. After being ghosted by another company who were helpful at first but then put our issue into the "too hard basket" GT air did some isolation and pressure testing to narrow down the source of the leak and provide an economical repair. The work was performed to a high standard and the team turned up on time, cleaned up after themselves and couldn't have been more professional. Communication from the office staff is top notch as well. We are very appreciative.

and professional , so were the office Ladies which have a good

I Have nothing but praise for Chris and the team at GT Air. We recently had a ducted system installed and Chris was able to both quote and install inside the space of a month. When Chris arrived to do the quote he was professional and answered all of my questions and offered plenty of advice and options for us. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to purchase and when we received the quote, we were given multiple options to choose from that were clearly itemized and fairly priced. On the day of the install, the tradesmen were friendly, professional and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house tidy. The air-conditioner is quiet and works fantastically and the upgraded screen and filter were worth the extra expense. I would have no problems recommending Chris and GT Air to anyone who is looking for an install done on their property.
