I used Guardian Self Storage for more than six months. During this period I found Taylor, the manager, to be extremely helpful and accommodating. If I had any queries or issues he was always pompt and professional with his response.
The property was always clean and tidy and Roxy, at front reception was professional and polite. I appreciate the installation of the boom gate as it made entrering and exiting the property easy.
I have used other storage facilities on the G.C. and southern NSW but could not recommend Gaurdian more highly.

Must say my move was hectic and busy but Trudi was just awesome, helping me to navigate my needs to access and support. Highly recommend Trudi and her team for their amazing professionalism and happy welcoming nature

I called alot of storage places and didn't find their service and prices as exceptional and fair as Guardian Kallangur. From the first phone call with Trudi she was absolutely professional and friendly. It was about 30 minutes till closing and she was willing to wait for us to arrive to fill in paper work even though it was almost closing time. When we met her she was so helpful and friendly and that is why we choose Guardian Kallangur because of the high level of professionalism and friendliness we received from Trudi. The storage was clean and very accessible and affordable. Thank you Trudi and keep up the great work you do.

I have had my possessions in storage since July 2023. During that time the facility has been clean, dry & pest free. Even when we had the big storms my goods were safe. I have always had clear access even when builders were building right next to my storage door. They are great value compared to others in the area. I would like to make special mention to Trudy the facility manager, a pleasure to deal with when processing payment & great to chat with. A genuine caring person. 5 star service!

From our initial phone contact to our meeting and quoting on our storage unit we could not have been happier. Trudy could not have been more helpful and friendly. The pricing is reasonable and the set up of the unit are easily accessible for us but very secure. We are more than happy and would definitely recommend them to others.

I left messages with different storage places Guardian rang me within minutes. Very friendly service. Trudy took us in her vehicle to show us the storage. Storage place very clean and easy to get too.Trudy showed us how to use gate code and lift. Would recommend Guardian
