Hired a truck from these guys. They sent us away with faulty equipment. Bought replacement truck to site at 2:30pm. When asked if they could look after us on price simply told NO.

Avoid big company’s like this that refuse to look after the clients.

Probably the worst experience with a company to date. Faulty equipment and such poor customer service! The lady in the office is appalling to deal with. Highly recommend you go elsewhere

Can’t speak more highly of this company. Kristee delivered our 10K litre water order today what a delightful cheerful young lady, smiling, patient, friendly and happy to have a chat & laugh with me. Filled our granny flat tank, topped up our landlords tank & topped up the pool, I underestimated our tanks level. Kristee went above and beyond delivering not just water but superior service. I lost contact details of our last company we used so first time using H2flow. Impressed! I was fascinated by the remote operation of the pump. That was cool. I got to help Kristee with the hoses and holding the ladder. I felt like part of the fire brigade! Now I have a fridge magnet to call H2flow and a sticker. Outstanding service. Thank you Kristee you’re a credit to your company! Thank you H2flow, I’ll be using your company going forward.

Do not use for water delivery if reliability is needed. I booked and paid for 40,000L delivery up front and we agreed to delivery 8 days later. Driver did not arrive as they made a mistake with my booking date. When I discussed this with sales rep, she tried to blame me that I had my dates confused (not the case!!). They had caused my house to be dangerously low with water and were completely unhelpful/ unsympothetic to helping to resolve the problem (despite being the cause). Not impressed.
