Had a pretty bad crash last Sunday and managed to cause a lot of damage to my much beloved Trek. (Check out the shattered seat post).

Just picked up my repaired bike only a few working days later and it looks like new.

Andy is very good at what he does and is reasonably priced especially for the delivered service.

If your looking for a new Trek road bike or your in need of a repair I can’t recommend H2O Cycles enough.

What a fantastic bike shop! and an even better shop owner. I would give 10 stars if possible to Andy "the owner" for giving the best service possible (a forgotten art) He went beyond and was amazing. Friendly as, informative, no rushed service, just a genuine caring nice guy, who is totally passionate about his business. Congratulations Andy on your business. You should be extremely proud of all your hard work over the years.

Fantastic bike shop with a knowledgeable and friendly owner. I came into to look at kit and ask about cycling routes. Andy made time to explain in great detail everything I need to know to get oriented. I own both Trek and Specialized bikes and all brands of kit and found Andy to be a straight shooter and happy to talk pros and cons of each. Great to meet another passionate cyclist and I’ll certainly be back

Best bike shop on the Gold Coast... Andy knows his stuff, keeps a small amount of stock but that's why he's still operating.... I really like bontrager components and their current 1000 lumen bike light is awesome! Kids have Trek bikes too and they love them!

Went in today, having just moved to hope island. Bought a MAAP jersey, and talked to the owner for a bit about bikes. Love that they sell MAAP gear. They have some great looking Treks in store - very tempting to buy one. Great little shop - can recommend!
