I have very poor hair straightening results with Hair Outaquin. And to add insult to injury, the salon refuses to let me come in and speak to them about my hair straightening results. They were very quick to take my $800, and we extremely arrogant about how brilliant their results would be. But after care is zero. Honestly, my hair doesn’t look good. It was nice and soft before, now it looks chemically treated, and is not straight or sleek. So disappointed, I'm $800 down and my hair looks worse than before. I’m pretty upset that they won’t even speak to me about it - literally won't answer my calls or emails. I would caution others about trusting this place.

UPDATE May 2022:
1 year after having my hair straightened I am still so unhappy with it, and just waiting for it to grow out. The "straightened" hair is stiff and lifeless. Sad that a business would treat a customer this way.

I have been going to Hair Outaquin for 7-8 years and each time I have gotten my hair done been given outstanding customer service. They make the experience simple and stress free.I go each time confident that my hair will be looked after with extreme care, whilst looking beautiful when they are finished with my treatment. But what I love the most is how personal the staff make it. Leading up to my wedding all the staff asked relevant questions and remembered what was said for the next time I would come in.My hair stylist prepped my hair condition all the way up to the wedding and coloured it perfectly for my big day. After my wedding each of the girls congratulated me which felt unreal. Fantastic customer service, professional hair artist with personalisation.

My experiences at Hair Outaquin have been amazing. Love love Michelle doing my hair. The quality of my hair has been better and softer. I usually get highlights, root touch ups and sometimes get my hair cut. Their hair products are quite gentle for my hair and my scalp. My previous hairdresser from a home salon fried my hair so much, was dry and a lot of breakages. Since I have been coming to Hair Outaquin, Michelle has rescued it and helped and advised me how to look after my hair. I first knew the hair salon from searching through Facebook about discounted Olaplex, so I came to the salon to just buy Olaplex at the time and when I stepped into the salon, I just really liked the atmosphere and had to ask if I could get a booking! Great salon, friendly, professional and just a pleasure to visit. I recently had my frizzy hair transformed by them, their products and treatments are great! I used to hate my hair and now absolutely love it thanks to Jason and his team. Highly recommended especially if you have difficult, curly hair.

Hands down the best salon in Perth, I cannot recommend this place enough! Had a keratin treatment done Sep 2020 and my hair still looks amazing 6 months after. The team at this salon are very experienced and take their craft seriously.....i'm definitely a client for life!

I went to Jason at Hair Outaquin as I badly needed some help and advice. Jason is such a kind and amazing soul who went all the way to help me to assess my overly damaged hair caused by my previous hairdresser. He explained clearly about how I should manage and care for my hair from now on to minimise the damage. I asked him to recommend me some of their hair products and I was so please with the outcome with are extremely reasonable prices. On that note, I am a new walk-in customer, not his existing customer, so I am touched that he spent so much time helping me out without any return! Best people, best salon and no hard selling at all. Outstanding Service. Professional & Friendly Stylists. Beautiful products. When I first started going to Hair Outaquin about 9 years ago my hair was a mess! Broken and damaged from home colouring. From my first apt with Hair Outaquin I have never been disappointed my hair is healthy, long, thinker than ever and always looking fresh from their amazing services.
