So happy with the service and my cut today.

The lady who greeted me was lovely. Being offered the beverage menu and choosing a vodka passion fruit cocktail was mint.

I am very low maintenance with my hair.
My hair is thin and fine. I’m self conscious when getting my hair cut.
Ebonie took all that worry away. Ebonie was calm and gentle when advising me what needed to be done which I was on board with.

I don’t talk much during these appointments as I dislike small talk. Ebonie picked up on this and catered to me magnificently.

Price and time in chair was minimal 👌🏾

I went on a recommendation. Paid 35$ online for appointment. Came on time. After seating in lush comfy chair with huge mirror. Young person on desk had trouble locating a brush for my long hair. On closer inspection there was built up dust and hair on the floor, floor runners and bench top in front of me. The chrome fittings on the trolley was dirty. Boss lady came out and was extremely condescending to young staff. In front of me. She fluffed my hair and asked what id like. I said i was booked for roots hair dye. She didnt appear to actually want to put same colour all over. And even though she seemed to have plenty staff and only 2 other customers said there was no way i could have an ends trim. She may be able to cut my fringe!!!! I said id like to cancel appointment as we werent a good fit. She removed the tight fitted cloche and walked me to the front of the shop. I asked if i owed her anything as she hadnt spoken to me and said i wasnt getting the 35$ deposit back!!! Evidently you dont pay a deposit if you book in store!
I will never go to this hoity toity dresser again.

It’s been a while since I cut my hair and I am very afraid, given a few bad cuts over the years. So big bushy long thick hair with five years of colour swatches and it’s a big deal because my hair can look glorious long and styled. But it’s time to let the beautiful silver grey light it up and get rid of the weight. Donna was amazing because she understands hair and humans. She took the time to work out what I needed, what kind of person, what I had in mind. Then she worked slowly but efficiently and I saw this gorgeous style take shape. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or worried and I just might come back for more.

Gotta say too, great coffee, served impeccably with a fabulous little piece of fudge brownie. I like the ambience, long simple room with simple fittings and staff who enjoy working together, clients who are old friends. If I was still colouring my hair I’d certainly have it done here, instead of driving to Perth as I have for the last 15 years. Check out the site for some of the great colour work and stylin’ cuts.
