We had a fantastic experience with Halcol, from start to finish. Their communication was prompt and efficient, making the booking process incredibly easy. Everything was well-organized, and we felt confident in their service from the beginning.

A special mention to Jack, the technician—he was professional, efficient, and meticulous in his work. He completed the job neatly and ensured everything was cleaned up as he went. It’s great to see such attention to detail and high standards of service.

Halcol recently installed solar panels for us and if you're reading this while gathering your quotes then I would recommend you do the same. We did our due diligence with product research and reading up on the companies profiles and settled with Halcol for the following reasons.
First was Connor. Extremely professional when he first came in to our home. Made us feel like Halcol was the company we could trust to not only sell/install but also to maintain over the next 20 years.
The main thing for us was the product. We went for SolarEdge with Canadian panels which are the superior product over Sungrow and others. Do your own research though, it helps when you meet up.
Ethan and his team installed the 30 panels, inverter and optimisers in 1.5 days. Super quick and very clean (we had 30 degree heat and a downpour during that time).
I'm now in the honeymoon phase, checking my SolarEdge app from everywhere and caining the power all through the day inc charging the ev, running pool pump, dishwasher, washing machine and not turning all the lights off that the family leave on...
I highly recommend Halcol and their products.

We have just recently had a 13.02kw system + battery installed. The whole process was very smooth, with Connor being very punctual and very helpful with the initial design & quote, Wai was incredibly accommodating with the installation dates despite weather and hold ups from our end and Ally being super helpful with invoicing and paperwork!
The Installers were absolutely incredible! I'm a tradie myself and work with many trades, but this crew went over and above with the quality of the install and cleanup.

I couldn't recommend Halcol enough to anyone who is looking at a new system or upgrading.

After being stuffed around by two other FB solar suppliers, and wasting two months, we decided to go with a local company.
The team at HalCol has been very professional and knowledgeable. Josh did a preliminary site visit – no pressure and he knew his stuff. The system was installed yesterday which was two weeks earlier than originally quoted. Ben and Bryce, the installers, arrived on time, did a very neat installation and were very communicative and professional. We went with all black AIKO panels and they look great.
The system works even better than expected and we are happy with all aspects of the deal.
So, more than happy to recommend HalCol to anyone looking for a quality system.
