Bought $140 worth of items in there as a surprise for my Wife, one item I chose was a designer hat, then got talked into another one by the Saleslady! Turns out I was right, it was other hat my preferred and it was about $5 cheaper…. I thought that will be easy to get my $5 back anyway! Oh know the Saleslady gasps and tells me she has credited the whole $140.80. I thought at the time it was strange, however, I thought the credit would take a couple of days at most, so was not concerned when she asked me purchase all the items again for $136.20. That was back in July and still no $140.80 refund. Then I called directly to the shop and Hamilton Island. A lovely lady called Elean Johnson answered the phone and immediately sprung into action and it was their mistake and would the refund sorted from Head Office! She called back to get my Bank details as Head Office said they would pay directly to my Bank Account…. That was Tuesday morning 19 October 2022. Four days later, still no money!!!

This establishment sold a brilliant fedora, that if I could find again I would definitely buy. Sadly I have lost it... it is black and white and straw texture. If anybody finds this please help me I am lost without that fedora.

Poor quality clothing, frayed after wearing it for a day which is the opposite to what they state on their website about ‘what they offer’. When you pay top price you expect a quality product. No replacement or refund offered. Disappointing.

The clothes are super expensive and they are basic quality. They just add $$ because they add the Hamilton Island logo to the items. I got a cheap quality towel that was $50 got it home and it had all pulls on the towel.
