Our experience with Hanrob and Hanrob Heathcoate has been fantastic from start to finish; from enquiry, bookings and drop off and pickup of our puppy Rosie.
Rosie is a rescue pup our first family dog. We were nervous leaving Rosie as we didn’t want her to feel abandoned and wanted a place that would look after her, keep her active and also a place where she would be safe and feel loved. From the start Rosie adapted really well and was well received from Hanrob staff. She participated in social playtime, daily walks and cognitive training. The updates, pictures and videos helped reassure that she was happy and made lots of friends with other dogs and the staff.

Leaving your pets can be worrisome but we have 100% trust in Hanrob Heathcote and we know we are leaving our pups in the best hands. Our mini dashies have stayed at Hanrob Heathcote multiple times now and they absolutely love every minute! We have used other boarding services but Hanrob are by far the best, most professional facility in our experience. The staff are so warm and friendly, and are absolutely incredible with caring for our pups. They communicate effectively with us if there are any issues or concerns, and we love seeing the report cards at the end of their stay. We highly recommend Hanrob to any pet parent!!

Hanrob Heathcote have been training our dog Daphne -working on behaviours and positive interactions while building relationships with her for the best part of a year and she has thrived. Daphne has gained confidence and trust in her handlers and the staff that interact with her. This has allowed us as her owners to build on our knowledge and skill to further her training at home .The progress Daphne has made with her trainer Matt and support staff has enabled us to board her knowing she is cared for, receiving follow up training , photos and videos while she boards and the staff understand the additional support she needs while boarding. Daphnes excitement when we pull into the driveway is a testament to the staff. I can’t recommend Hanrob Heathcote more highly.

I took my husky here for a board and train program and I couldn’t be more satisfied with not only the training but the care the team provided for my Zelda, from keeping me updated with photos and videos and taking her to the vet when she wasn’t eating just to make sure she was okay and always keeping me in the loop. Its so great to find a training program that will treat your pet like their own and make you as the owner feel safe with leaving your fur baby.

Our dog Charlie recently had a 21-day stay and train at the Hanrob Heathcote facility. Charlie has come home a much more relaxed and calmer dog and we are so pleased that he has started to enjoy walking (which was a main goal in his training). Plenty of contact throughout the stay and we enjoyed all the videos sent of Charlie's progress. I can't thank Maia and her team enough and Charlie will be back for more stays

We are long-time clients of Hanrob. It is a loving environment where you can rest assured that your dog is being looked after in your absence. This last time, we had our darling dog do the “stay and train” program. Maya, the trainer, did an amazing job engaging our precious pup to become an upstanding member of dog society. Our girl came back to us a reformed individual. When she returned to us after our trip, she missed Maya immensely!!! Which goes to show what an incredible bond Maya formed with her, whilst also improving our gal’s behaviour! We love Hanrob and the wonderful people that make it a great place to stay for the pooches. Our 6 month old cocker spaniel thrived with the 21 day training and boarding. As an energetic puppy we were thrilled she was loved and remained her same ‘crazy’ self just better behaved 😊 I received regular videos of her training and photos and I could not be happier with the communication and feedback from her trainer, Ilaria. It was clear on pickup that our puppy was loved and cared for.
Hanrob were happy to feed our food to our puppy and communicated with us when she needed more and her general eating and toileting behaviours.
After 2 weeks I was made aware that our puppy had some matting of her fur. Unfortunately, the communication on this matter was poor and I was left to follow up and resolve the issue myself. The assistant manager did step in and offer her support and apology, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall I highly recommend Hanrob @ Heathcote, most especially their training.
