I am very disappointed with the warranty. I bought a bag for my son in 2023 as he began kindergarten. I purchased this product based on the guarantee they gave that it would last the length of my child’s school career. However now less then two years of use there is significant tearing of the bag at the corners and wearing away. The company has stated that “users need to follow recommended use” for children? I’ve contacted fair trade and lodged a complaint, when my daughter starts kindy this year I will NOT be buying a harlequin kids bag and would recommend everyone that reads this review to consider buying somewhere else.

Best bags I got them when my daughter started childcare like when she was 3year. Now she is almost 9 yrs she still take to her school . But about time to get a new one for new year for both of my gals. They are sure durable. So many design to choose from .Would really recommend to all the mums & dads it would be the best investment. Kids are happy they chooses their own prints .

10 years ago I decided to spend a bit more money and buy school bags for my kids that were ergonomic and last at least 2 years, so I purchased 2 ergo tuff school bags from Harlequin, after finishing high school last year my son's bag still has a few years of wear left in it, but my daughter's who is now moving into yr 11 has holes in the bottom and it's time to retire the bag. But WOW to last 10 years has been awesome, highly recommend to any parent!!!!!!!!

I am so grateful to Chris who fixed up a spelling error on my daughters library bag (my fault) even tho the order was ready and packed for delivery. It's the little things like this that make such a huge difference. I have twins with special needs and their products really catered to their needs ... their library bags are light weight, great quality and easy for them to carry and they love the art smock. Thank you for beautiful products which has made my daughters day.

The backpacks are quite heavy even when nothing is in it. We bought one for my kid starting kindy but by the time one adds in a lunchbox and a drink bottle, it’s very heavy even for me as an adult. The quality though is superb

This is the most awful business to deal with. Their customer service is the worst. My team have been calling for weeks, leaving voice mails and sending emails to Sue and Penny without a single reply. When we finally did get through to them, the staff blame each other for mistakes, they are hostile, argumentative and unapologetic. We will not be buying from them again.
