Both of my daughters have been attending Harmony for several years, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are genuinely lovely, always welcoming and cheerful, especially the wonderful ladies at the front desk. The educators are incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, showing so much love and dedication to the children. I truly adore this centre and wouldn’t consider sending my children anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about Harmony. From the moment we enrolled, the management has been incredibly supportive and professional. They run a fantastic centre with dedicated and caring staff. My daughter has thrived here, developing new skills and building wonderful relationships. It's a truly lovely place, and we feel so lucky to be a part of their community.

I have had 2 children go to harmony bahrs scrub and I could not find any faults in this centre. The centre is always clean and presentable, each and every staff member is welcoming and kind and the atmosphere is always so positive. Both my children loved it here, you could see on drop off and watching them at pickup they felt safe, comfortable and content with their educators. The management team are always so welcoming when you first walk in with a good morning and a smile every morning. We have since moved suburbs and had to move centres due to travel but I am highly considering moving back as I have been unable to find a centre that makes me feel as at ease as this one does when leaving my children in their care. If you’re in the area and looking for a centre that takes pride in caring for your children I highly recommend this one.

We had a wonderful experience last year at harmony. The centre had a warm welcoming feel and we did not have any major incidents or issues. Unfortunately this year was a completely different story. Within the first month or so our daughter was severely bitten on 3 separate occasions, breaking the skin causing bleeding and now scars. The first and most severe bite was never even picked up on or treated. The ongoing incidents I was told “no one saw what happened”. The next incident was a severe scratch across her face under her eye, which again I was told “no one knows what happened”. We then started having repeated issues with my daughter’s soiled pants being sent home with an entire bowel movement in it. When I questioned how this even happened, as my daughter is in nappies fulltime and this wasn’t just a small blowout. “No one knew how it happened”. I had voiced my concerns in meetings multiple times but unfortunately there was never any improvement and I kept being met with the same old response of “we don’t know how/what happened”. This left me feeling like I had no trust in the fact my daughter was being properly cared for or supervised so I chose to remove her from the centre. After a conversation with the director, she agreed to waive the 4 week notice period due to the fact they had failed on their end to provide sufficient care or communication. We both agreed and signed a refund form for the deposit and advanced payments I had owing to me. It has now been well over a month since we left and lodged the refund forms with their accounts team but I am yet to receive the money owed. Each time I have contacted the centre for an update or ETA … no one knows. I would be cautious if you are considering Harmony Bahrs Scrub under its current management.

I highly recommended Harmony Bahrs scrub if your looking for your child or children to have the best care and learning experiences. My daughter has been at this centre since 4months old and have never had a bad experience. The educators treat my daughter amazingly and im always at ease knowing she is being well looked after and learning so much every day. The management team are outstanding always helping in anyway possible even down to having a food pantry to help out families. The last few months have been hard for myself and these amazing women have wiped my tears and hugged and picked me up. Thank you isnt enough but honestly if your looking for the best care and early education send your children to Harmony Bahrs Scrub.
