Upon entry to the Harris Scarfe Garden City store there is an overpowering SMELL... a musty, funky smell.

My experience with this store wasn't great. Apparently online purchases and account details cannot be seen at store level and staff in-store can't explain why, nor can they correct the "error". Be sure to take photos of your purchase receipts for your records.

Not the fault of staff if they can't see something however the time it took for me to purchase one item, being palmed from one staff member to another...15 minutes. And did I mention that overpowering odour...

[Harris Scarfe online email customer service is non-existent as I found out after. They send the message advising "we are able to view your account." with the query of store-level access remaining unanswered.]

N.B. Stopped in another day & time and the smell is still there. I really don't think it's healthy for staff to smell that constantly.

Was helped by a lady by the name of Julie and her standard of service was perfect. She was so lovely in helping me find what I needed! I had no idea what doona/ mattress topper was best for me but she spent her time explaining everything for me.

She was so lovely and helpful! Definitely recommend going here if you need some good information. Sleeping nice and warm in winter because of some great advice!!!

Reasonably priced for similar high end items sold at Myer or David Jones. Must keep an eye out for sale as prices are way lower than Myer or DJs sale prices!

This is a great shop. Always have special deals. You can buy almost anything from clothes, bedding and kitchen. Had to return something for another item and had no problems at all. Staff were knowledgeable and nice. Recommend

Enjoyed walking through here as it is not your main store you see in NSW. Plenty to choose from and some good prices. I bought a pillow usually $129 for $29. There was so much choice it was great.

I went to this shop on Thursday niand spoke to a lady about a pair of shoe's I bought and explained the problem,. She spoke to the manager on duty that night and he said bring them back with proof of purchase and we'll exchange them for you. I went back today spoke to a different person about it and that I was in the other day and spoke to this person and she went to the manager about it. So when I went there and explained it to them they said we can't do it . I said fine I just won't buy these shoes again nit happy about it.
