We visited Harris scarfe whilst in search of some new kitchen appliances and cookware. We was amazed at the friendliness and knowledge of Bec. She explained everything and answered all our questions we had before we made our decision on what we were getting. If you want great customer service Highly recommend going and speaking to Bec.  We will be back

We're shifting to Hervey bay from NZ and looking for bedding. We were unsure what we were best to buy. At Harris Scarfe we were served by Tania, she listened to what we wanted and helped us with what we needed. We also learnt some good things. Thank you Tania for the great service, we're very happy and grateful for your assistance. Harris Scarfe have some very good products at reasonable prices.

I went to the Hervey Bay store for a $5 item. After looking for 10 to 15 minutes I couldn’t find the item. The staff was very helpful and they found the item I was after. The customer service was excellent.

Can not rate this store high enough. Was up for the week visiting family and Rebecca had hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I thought I would be passed from staff member to staff member as I was buying different appliances but her knowledge and patience was second to none. Will definitely be shopping there again.

This shop is laid out in the most confusing manner. I honestly was so disoriented, it was very overwhelming to find anything. Seems rather expensive too...
