Although I do like the Harvey beef rosemary and garlic roasts, I was very disappointed with the mince I bought last night. I thought I’d do the right thing, pay extra and buy what I thought would be good quality mince. $10.50 for a 500g tray so only a couple of dollars more than the coles mince. Well, it was chewy and full of gristle. Awful stuff. People always bag out on the supermarkets and make people feel like plebs for buying their meat but in this case and in many other experiences I’ve had with local butchers, the coles meat is 100 times better. I’m happy to pay more for quality but when these smaller businesses charge more and treat the consumer like a sucker with substandard products, I feel like just continuing to give my money to the big supermarkets.

I have had many of your Meat pies, they are delicious, I especially like the Beef Cheek pies they have great flavours, I regard the Harvey Beef pies as gourmet pies, keep up the great product range. "BUY WEST EAT BEST"

How can your eye fillet steak and other meats be so nice, But your party pies so disgusting? Who made the recipe as an ex-Baker/pastry cook these are just filth! You need to re-Haul of the whole recipe and gravy to beef ratio

I just had the displeasure of trying their beef Wellington. Not cheap at $15, was absolutely revolting. No seasoning, hardly any mushroom pate. I took one bite and gave the rest to my dog. Yuck!

I bought a nine pack of snack pies recently at Woolworths,Kalamunda,heated them up for dinner and when we started eating we found they were very short on filling.I rang Harvey beef and the chap who answered the phone took my number and told me I'd hear from someone and would get a voucher,at least,a couple of days later I recieved a call from a chap named Adam who came to my home and collected the wrap label off the said pies,thanked me and said they'd look into it,no offer of a refund or anything else,I wouldn't buy them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone,was going to try one of the larger pies but wouldn't think of it,absolutely disgusting even the pastry didn't taste like pastry should.
