I would just like to thank Mitch in technology/photo centre area who honestly went above and beyond to help my mum and I with printing photos for my cousins funeral. Everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong on our end but he continually took the time with us and found an option for us to be able to print out the photos. He truely helped us more then he’ll ever know. So thanks again Mitch we appreciate everything you done for us today

Possibly the worst customer service in Australia.
Bennetts Green Harvey Norman Flooring.. walked in to ask about some carpet for a staircase. The guy rolled his eyes and didn’t even get out of his chair. He said use a wool carpet and didn’t get up to show me any samples or direct me where they are.
Do not bother with this place, waste of time!!!!

Came in with my partner to get finance for a computer. My partner asked the salesman if they did finance, he said yes and took us to the counter without another word. Assumed we were just doing some kind of add on, when I said we were doing a new finance the salesman brushed us off to a QR code to do our own application which was okay. Except he didn’t give any information on anything about the finance or anything about promotional periods etc. I asked the lady at the front counter who directed me to the manager to ask the information. I was met with an abrupt middle aged man who immediately got frustrated and snarky at me when I was just trying to ask questions about what finance I was signing up to. How this man spoke to me when I was signing up to an actual credit card and asked for information was incredibly impertinent and left a terrible taste in my mouth. Especially because this man was a “manager”. It just proves to me that sometimes management isn’t customer service and just a man that’s been in the same sales position for so long he’s finally been put into a position of power to which he has now abused. I’d suggest going to literally any other department store anywhere else if you don’t want to be disrespected by just trying to ask questions about finance.

Two breakdowns later both Miele products.
Arrive to look at new items and on entering happily greeted by floor sales staff. I definitely would say the service was outstanding. Sales person "Kevin K" in white goods was extremely helpful, and his assistance went beyond many in other stores.
Ended up purchasing both items needed here at Harvey Norman.

Don't shop at Harvey Norman Bennetts Green, this what they say is normal wear and tear on a $5000 lounge suite AFTER 9 MONTHS! They sent out the 'Lounge doctor' to inspect, they told me its disgraceful and their report would reflect that. Never heard from them again or received a copy of their report. HN then send out the manufacturer, Coral Bay to inspect. They reported it's normal wear and tear. It's their product and they deemed that the damage is from normal wear and tear, from just sitting on it for 9 MONTHS!. Don't go near their lounges or Harvey Norman Bennetts Green. Rubbish!
In response to the reply below from HN customer support. Don't bother. I've been through that process and it doesn't resolve anything. The store manager didn't even call me. Just some abrupt man that offered nothing other than dismissive grunts. I encourage people to complain to the 'Dept of Fair Trading' like I've done. They are pretty useless also, but at least they record the complaints and can monitor trends in relation to HN Bennetts Green and Coral Bay furniture. Also, post on as many Social Media sites as you can.

We have had the best shopping experience with Jason and the team from Harvey Norman bathrooms! After multiple visits, everyone- everytime - were always very welcoming and nothing was a bother, even last minute delivery was sorted by Jason the day prior to my plumber needing to install our new bath asap! Prices were great in their sales, and I really hope the Bennetts Green sales/admin team get service recognition for their overall sales excellence- so deserved! Thankyou

Some staff are unfriendly and unapproachable.
They look at your appearance, and if you don't look like you have money, they won't come and help you.

Oh well, not all staff are the same..so one of the staff got the sales instead.

That's why you should never judge the book by its cover.
