Upon collecting a stove to take to Newman the guys from warehouse and delivery was super friendly and helpful. They managed to load a glastop stove securely into into a prado and it sat perfectly secure all the way home. Also the owner and ladies at sales were helpful.

I just made a large purchase of around $2300. The salesperson forgot to ask me which color I wanted for the iPad. After buying the iPad and opening the box, I realized that it’s not at all the color I wanted. I returned 5 minutes after the purchase to ask for the color I wanted (with such an expensive price, it’s normal to at least choose the color of your iPad). But they didn’t even want to exchange it, even though it was their mistake. The salesperson didn’t ask for the color: it’s the store’s fault, not mine. I’m disappointed to have paid so much and not gotten the color I wanted.

Sensational experience here. They team were approachable, helpful and had awesome product knowledge when we purchased our new 12v tv for the caravan. Don't bother with the piss poor service at Retravision just go here instead.

Daniel and his staff were super helpful, answering questions and putting up with the children being over tired. Once we got home and realised the fridge we bought wouldn't fit (before it was delivered) it was no problem for the guys to help us pick a new one and refund the difference. Great team and prices reasonable for location.

Useless in the computer/print section. Just a bunch of kids on minimum wage bragging their way through a sale. Low knowledge and poorly trained. Just buy online. Poor operators.

Barachois gave me excellent advices about how could I keep a good quality for my drone's pictures when I want to import them on another phone or laptop. He was really smiling and we can feel that he takes care of his customers and it's not only for sell something.
