Received great service this morning from one of the guys at Haymans. He inspected and tested my magnifying lamp on the spot. Finding it faulty he promptly replaced my lamp, even apologising for my inconvenience. Wonderful customer service.

I’ve deducted a star as the first sales person I discussed my problem regarding lamp showed zero customer service or effort to assist. Hope you are taking notes from your colleague who provided such a wonderful example of how customer service should be.

I went into the store as my exhauste fan is broke, I was not sure if it was under warranty or not..but presumed my details would be on file as I ordered and purchased in 2019. I was going to ask if there was a better quality one that I could purchase..but as the customer service person wouldn't look on his computer for my name ...I walked out..i guess I will just go on line or go to the coast.
