Best butcher around.
The staff is great and always willing to chat.

You like mince? It's fresh and clean.
You like beef cuts? They have them all.
You like lamb? It's soft.

How about a kiev? It's crispy on the outside and seasoned beautifully on the inside. They're real chicken, too; not that 50% paper mash poison that they sell at Coles.

The meat is excellent. I never buy from anybody else.

My mother in law has been raving on about this place for at least 30 years now. I bought the most premium cut of meat. The legendary Australian crumbed lamb cutlets for an astounding $4.50 each. This is an outrageous price for such a high quality piece of Australian culture/cut, Australian Lamb is far superior to Kolbe.
Now that I had established eye contact, the lamb rack/rib was selected from the cold store or aging room and cut on the spot (10) and meticulous tenderised with Solingen steel. The cutlets were then dipped in an egg wash and crumbed in front of me.
Extra points for handing out twiggy sticks to my son.
In conclusion I am going quote verbatim my mother in law "I am sorry I didn't spend more money".

Great meat, great range - and things which aren't in stock can be ordered in. Friendly staff, and knowledgeable about meat. Happy to butterfly a chook, or dice a steak for you.
I never buy meat anywhere else.
