The entire crew were polite, punctual and professional.
Our job was booked & commenced within days and their quote was accurate. The team arrived 10 mins early and returned to clean up, also taking away our excess green waste.

Dane and Chris are fantastic! We highly recommend these very knowledgeable and professional guys, they are great plumbers. We did a full renovation on our bathroom at short notice, Dane and Chris went above and beyond to get the job done so we weren't without a bathroom for too long. They did a full fitout of the bathroom, new piping, shower, sink, bath and all tapware installed. Dane sourced and installed our new hot water system and set up our outdoor kitchen plumbing while we organise our kitchen renovation, which we will 100% use headline Plumbing for the kitchen also. Again we highly recommend Dane and Chris.

Amazing service! Quick but thorough and professional. Lovely guy!
We had issues with our en-suite, Dane made time to check it out the next day. Fixed what he could on the spot and came back within a couple days with the extra parts he needed to finish the job. We’ve since had him come help with kitchen renovation and other bathroom renovations. Recommend him to all our family and friends. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Dane did a great job installing my new dish washer and a few week's later, my hot water cylinder. He was prompt, courteous and efficient and got me a good deal on the new cylinder. His rates are very reasonable. Fully recommend.

Dane responded,came to the job, assessed and installed my problematic toilet, (including shifting the entire out of code drain to fit it) quicker than the any of the other 2 plumbing companies I contacted would even come to give a quote. Neat and polite, couldn't be happier with them. And while, i don't have a comparison to go on, I'm stoked with the price. Highly recommend.

Had a great efficient job done by these guys just today. I called the owner Dane about our trickling tap in our main bathroom and they were able to come out the following day within the exact timeframe they had specified. Really responsive, very reasonable call out fee. Drew was super friendly and professional, explaining what he was doing as he worked quickly to fix the issue. I have little knowledge of taps and wanted to know and he was happy to oblige. Will definitely use these guys again in the future.

If you are searching for a hard working, honest & reliable tradesman then Dane and his team should be your first point of call. I have renovated many houses over the years and have never seen someone work at the speed that Dane does, in what would take most plumbers a whole day, Dane would do it in half, believe me, I've experienced this first hand.

The Quality and workmanship are second to none. Dane is a polite and friendly young man & has a wealth of knowledge. He offers great advice and puts forward innovative ideas to get the job done in the most professional / cost effective way possible.

AVOID! Would NOT recommend, especially when it comes to matters concerning safety. They completed a gas compliance certificate for my home after I purchased it. However when I went to have a new oven installed, I was informed (by another plumbing and gas company) that the gas did infact not meet compliance standards. This a very serious mistake on 'Headline's' part and could lead to serious legal ramifications. When I contacted them regarding this, I was ignored. The reason I used a different company for my gas cooker installation was the fact that Headline had to return 3 times to satisfactorily fix a very simple job - replacement of part of the under sink pvc waste water pipe. Only on the 3rd visit did they satisfactorily install it without leaks. I will be taking this matter further and reporting the non compliant 'compliance certificates' they are issuing, as I would hate for anyone to be injured or anyone's home to be destroyed as a result. As a company, they are supposed to be adhering to the standards laid out by the government in relation to these sort of matters, which they are clearly not.
