Fabulous service.

This chemist is awesome. And when I say awesome it truly is THE place to get your pharmaceutical products from. Sylvia the owner is amazing and brilliantly helpful as well as the ladies behind the counter and also the other chemists that work there also. They use an app that locks in your prescriptions so you can sit at home and order them via the app then pretty soon afterwards you get a message to say your order is ready for payment and collection. Love the personal touch they give that sure beats the big guys.

Ask for a skin cream that you definitely don't need a prescription for as we buy it from chemist wearhouse normally. We were met with a bad attitude and the pharmacist told us we needed a prescription, we explained that we didn't and never have before. Instead of just looking into it she said 'I'm a pharmacist I would know'. She ended up looking into it and we were correct and did infact NOT need a prescription. Stop with the policing of none prescription products and making the people feel like a criminal when they are just trying to look after themselves. We have had this issue with this product alot since moving to qld.

Friendly staff.
I've always had troubles getting my script filled with other chemist but due to the type of medication I need. I'm always allowed to ring a few days ahead so they can order it in. Since then never had a complaint. I can't fault this chemist at all.
