I have updated my review to reflect that Heritage Stone have now communicated with me after raising my issues through several mediums. We have still had a disappointing interaction with clear communication issues, however it does appear the issues will finally be resolved.

I hope the company can improve their communication with future customers. I would tread cautiously if you are to use Heritage Stone for your house. It has taken 2 months from initial install to have issues rectified. Minimal to no communication throughout the job as well, including turning up late to measure up the job and randomly installing the stone without notifying the builder to attend site.

I have no problem recommending Heritage Stone for anyone's next kitchen benchtops.
I recieved my quote within 2 days, I was constantly kept up to date with progress even though I had to push back a measure up by 1 week. Mick came out on time to measure up and used his fandangle computer meauring thinkgy to get the exact measurements. Benchtops went in without a hitch and everything fitted millimetre
perfect.
The two installers (Brad & Jack) where well presented, professional and courteous, and left leaving no sign that they were there except our beautiful kitchen benchtops with island and waterfall sides.

I can’t recommend Drew and Harry from heritage stone, any higher. The service from the start was impeccable very approachable and were able to proactively solve any problems that arose. Great team, great service and great finished product

Absolutely shoddy workmanship and damaged stone.
Someone had to come out to polish edges that were missed and damaged almost all of the cabinetry in my brand new kitchen.
They replaced the stone and nearly left without polishing edges again.
Now I'm left with edges that look like someone has hit it with a blunt hacksaw.
Damage has also been done to my $1000 dishwasher and $2500 oven.
I am so angry, disappointed and just over dealing with Heritage at this point.
Save yourself the headache and spend the extra $ on someone competent.
