I visited High Grove Cairns to purchase bath shower heads and knobs and mixers in September , and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff, and Christian, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and expertise.

The quality of the bath shower heads and knobs I purchased is outstanding—exactly what I was looking for to upgrade 2 bathrooms. Christian helped me select the perfect items for my needs, and I felt confident in my choices thanks to his guidance and I didn’t feel pressured to buy straight away. The product range at High Grove is excellent, offering both style and durability.

Great service from in store to home delivery. Knowledgeable and capable staff who were very helpful and efficient. Great selection of products with fantastic pricing. I had the best experience at Highgrove Bathrooms. I cannot believe the high level of service we received from the whole team. I truly felt that I had been a long term customer that was revered. Rob, Christian, Sean, Jacqui - the whole team, all of whose names I cannot remember were professional, knew their product and were so helpful. What a great showroom, bathroom displays. Lots of different styles of vanity units and basins, tapware, they even have kitchen sinks..Everything well priced.
The staff are lovely, informative, friendly and helpful.

This showroom is really well set out. We have just done our bathroom up and bought a lot of our stuff from these guys. Their prices are reasonable and they carry good quality products. For the locals, they are in the old Haven and Space building. They also do deliveries to your home or work sight. Customer service is usually great, however, if you catch them on a busy day you have to wait a bit. That is to be expected. Check them out.
