Superior customer service, excellent prices, product knowledge and expertise at the highest standard, and just decent people ready, willing, and able to go above and beyond. Louise and the Team exceeded our expectations on more than one occasion, going so far as to recommend another supplier when the basins we had purchased from them would not work due to recent changes to drainage standards. I loved shopping at Highgrove Bathrooms Toowoomba. Harrison and the team were super helpful and did all they could for us. The products we bought were really good quality and very competitively priced.
Going to the huge showroom in Toowoomba was a great experience with many options and products to choose from. We had our bath ware delivered and that was hassle free and well worth it as we live an hour from the store.
A couple of the things we purchased were not in stock but arrived within weeks and in plenty of time for the build and sooner than expected.
I would definitely recommended Highgrove to anyone looking to renovate, we are very happy.

The team at Highgrove bathrooms, Toowoomba are nothing but spectacular. Not like your usual pushy salesman’s, from the moment I walked in the door I was looked after. The quality is 10 out of 10. The service is 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend shopping here, we did our bathroom, powder room, and laundry renovation. Harrison did everything he could to help me and my wife, nothing was too big a drama for the team!
