Hillarys Boat Harbour is a stunning destination, especially during the transition from spring to summer. The weather was perfect when I visited—sunny with blue skies but not too hot. The harbour offers a vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of eateries to choose from. I had lunch at Breakwater, which was okay, and spent the day strolling around, browsing shops, and soaking up the lively weekend vibe.

The shallow ocean area was so inviting, with large groups of people swimming and enjoying the water—it looked incredibly refreshing! I’m definitely planning to join in on my next visit during summer. The facilities are top-notch, with free parking, public amenities like showers, toilets, and even a sauna, which was a pleasant surprise.

It's a great place to hangout but it is highly crowded. The parking is extremely difficult to find and we spent about 40 minutes trying to find a car park. There are good outdoor activities and a selection of eatables to choose from.

We have been here a few time during the week and weekend. Parking can be a bit of an issue on the weekends but you eventually find something. There is plenty to do here and something for everyone. Restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, coffee shops… plenty of options. There is a nice safe place to swim, it is tidal but the water is clean and clear. Perfect for little children.

Really beautiful & upmarket. But most of the restaurant are very costly. However, fish and chips in side restaurants are cheaper. If you look closely you can find jelly fish in the water.

A very touristy area to be sure however it is worth setting aside a few hours to have a stroll around and peruse at all the shops and bay area.

We enjoyed the nearby park and conservation area. There are better beaches but it seems great for kids due to the nets in the water and shallow areas.

We were here on Sunday night for the dragon festival. Plenty of parking available, wheelchairs friendly, a lot of food option, toilets pretty clean, people were friendly.
