From my first phone call to Brendan in May this year we have honestly received unsurpassed customer service from Hinterland Water Supplies. This year has definitely been a challenge for all on Tank Water & Suppliers of Water. I am so confident in recommending this great Team of guys to anyone who is looking for this service. At present, due to 'Mother Nature' we are ordering water on a regular basis! We have always received EXCELLENT support from both Brendan & Taoe in the office, with Brendan even replying to emails whilst he was on a short break celebrating his Anniversary.... That is "REAL" first class service and shows he takes pride in his business and cares for his customers! We all need & rely so much on water! The delivery of our water is mostly from James & Nathan who are both so professional, friendly, polite & helpful with great advice... Honestly they are great guys & they give you a courtesy call before they arrive. If you haven't used Hinterland Water Supplies do yourself a favour & give them a call or order online.

The owners at Hinterland Water Supplies have always been there for us when we've suddenly run out of water. We live on rural acreage, so no town water - we have 80,000 litre concrete tanks, which takes water from the roof which is great until you suddenly run out in a dry spell. We've called Brendan at all times of the day and even weekend at times, and he's always delivered as soon as possible, sometimes within the hour, but usually within a day if it's not too urgent. Can't recommend Hinterland Water highly enough. Very professional and always friendly on the phone.

You many have immaculate trucks but one of your drivers is a condescending creep (the one with the earring). Doesn’t know how to talk to ladies unless he’s treating them like they are stupid. Very unprofessional and he thought he was the man. Just stick to delivering water and don’t open up your mouth.
