I asked Thor to spin me up some spacers and after collecting them, I discovered I’d given him the wrong dimensions. Thor then made the new spacers and prioritised them so I could finish the job - and even though it was my mistake in the first place, he didn’t charge me for the re-work. I haven’t seen customer service like that for over 20 years. If you need any machining done, do yourself a favour and drop in and catch up with Thor at HMR Precision Engineering - you wont be disappointed.
