The centre is a single level neighbourhood shopping complex in the Waterford area. The anchor tenant is a well stocked and busy Woolworths store. There's a Mackers, a servo, and 16 other stores. There's a variety of food outlets for both eat-in and take-away dining day and night. It's on the corner of Logan River Road and Gardiner Road with 150 aboveground parking spaces and 90 undercover spaces available.

Literally like the biggest Woolies in the southern hemisphere 😅 easy to park and grab & go - convenient and well stocked.

Great centre with a good choice of shops & eateries. Woolworths staff are particularly nice & so are staff at Lucky charm newsagents. Car park can be a bit squeezie, but there are plans for expansion. Overall I like Holmview Central. 👍

Very handy for us. Great Woolworths in addition to coffee, bakery, liquor shop, petrol and a variety of cafes. Plenty of parking.

Worst design for a carpark I've ever seen. Was the entrance even planned at all? No right turn out of Macca's, useless roundabouts, bus stop thats shared with a loading zone so that the bus covers the only lane out of the shopping centre.
