Unsurprisingly prices are higher here than most other stores (including other regional stores) but otherwise still pretty decently priced. Can feel a little cramped but that's because they've managed to fit a lot in - from tools & building supplies, camping gear, household fittings, plumbing, paints etc.
Some staff aren't too helpful & are just there to do their hours but there was always at least one staffer who was really good when I went in.
There's a pretty sizable drop from the front half of the store (with the entrance/checkouts) down to the larger back section with a set of steps & a wheelchair accessible ramp, though both are pretty steep.

I bought Cyclone rake this morning for $46. When i went to car and google price it showed $26 on mitre 10. I went inside and ask counter why they selling at almost double price, she said check price on home hardware website which also showed $26. I end up getting refund.
What a rip off for basic items and who would buy local and support local buisness.
I won’t go there again

Went in to buy a spray bottle this morning and was advertised on their website for $31.75 and was charged $39.07, when I questioned this I was told that is only an "online price"

False advertising at its best!
