Food is good as far as Rio camps go
Gym facilities are good

Not so good
Room check in are never on time or have some behind the scenes internal politics going on. Where they say rooms not ready yet still being cleaned which is understandable then come back hours later and rooms is ready, get to the room and it's hasn't been cleaned. Leads me to believe that they have a unwritten set time to hand over keys outside of the quoted checkin time of after 2pm. Regardless of if it has been cleaned or not
