It’s quite sad I’m sure the sales team are great. But the property management team are the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Breanna Kirby in particular had made our entire rental experience nothing short of terrible. Her consistency to her bullying behaviour, the way she speaks down to tenants, is nothing short of appalling. Rude and disrespectful at all times. Always arguing even if you ask her a straight forward question. I have never suffered from more emotionally abusing behaviour from any agent: as someone that rented with this agency after coming from an abusive past to be treated like that from a professional is disgusting. We suffered extreme hardship during our tenancy which resulted in us having to relocate and there was zero compassion or empathy. I’m traumatised from this experience.
