Paul was the most helpful and lovely man. Spent the time to discuss my needs in a saddle and to get the right fit for me. He was extremely helpful and very responsive. Did exactly as he said he would. Highly recommend him and his business. Received my saddle within a week! Love my saddle to!! Absolutely gorgeous. Also ordered a beautiful saddle pad and I'm very impressed.

Order bridle and never received the bridle !! Been waiting on a refund for almost 3 weeks. Owner has called me rude names after a threatened to report him because he has taken my money and not refunded it after it was found his product wouldn’t be suitable for my horse. I’ve had to report the transaction as fraud and scamming behaviour to the bank and hopefully the bank can at least recover the transaction. Have to report to the police as theft

One of the poorest excuses for a “businessman” I have ever seen.
Refuses refunds despite grounds from the customer, and is incredibly rude and inappropriate towards female customers.
Steer clear from this man if you want to avoid the hassle and turmoil that comes from having to interact with him.

Brought a saddle and a girth, suitable girth never showed up after patiently waiting 9 months for container from “Texas”. The man has a memory like a sieve! Very disappointing!
