Highly not recommended!!! Been to Hosemart Twice today for an aircon pipe the guy who’s behind the counter said he will have one by few hours been waiting for ages and received a call it’s ready for collection when I head down there nothing they are saying blah blah couldn’t get one, have to order one takes weeks whole day wasting of time.

There needs to be more companies around Perth like this.
Staff are wonderfully helpful, upbeat, knowledgeable, and approachable!
Can do attitude and think outside of the box to get things done!
Definitely recommend this place.
Huge and varied stock too.

Used to be a place with good ol' fashion customer service. The pudgy bloke who runs the place now and sits in the office has dragged this business's reputation into the gutter. He will only entertain you if you're willing to spend big money at his shop (instructs his staff to do the same). God forbid if I only want to special order a $20 part.

The truck driver today almost hit me. Doing 90 in a 70 zone. He couldn't keep to the speed, he overtook me from the left. Had to brake hard. What kind of drivers do you hire?
