We have just completed our bathroom/laundry renovation with Hot and Cold Outlet. It was planned and designed by Bill Adams who has the experience and expertise, and it was perfect. From start to finish the team we had were professional, punctual and incredibly skilled. The transformation is amazing, both spaces now feel modern, functional and stylish. We highly recommend Hot and Cold Outlet.

The Hot & Cold Outlet Team at Engadine were amazing in helping us with the refurb/reno of our bathrooms and powder room. We were also on a tight time schedule to refurb our house for sale. Bill Adam's help with products and design were invaluable in making sure we had a quality products without breaking our refurb budget. Owner Curt Stainer was amazing with the payments schedule. He also stored our order at the store until we were ready for installation. Then their plumber Trevor Geldenhuis delivered our order and was equally professional with the demo of old products and the new products installation. Everything was on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier and more impressed with their support and follow through at the highest level in every part of the project.

My wife and I had the worst customer experience we have ever had. Right from the start he didn’t listen to what we wanted. We were then given some brochures so we could look at the “pretty pictures” and was then told we can’t get the vanity we want despite the fact that we have brochures showing that we can. He may very well be the first person to have completed 1000 bathroom renovations in the shire, but his attitude to us was patronising, rude and at times aggressive. We would avoid at all costs!

Bill and Curt from Engadine's Hot and Cold Outlet have helped with my bathroom renovations. I spent time with Bill going through the new floor plan, he listened to my requirements and gave ideas and suggestions of what floor plan would work in my space.
Curt and Bill both provided advice and explained things in a way that I could understand! All items were delivered on time and shower screens sized and fitted by the team very quickly after the bathroom renovations were finished. It was great that all items, both large and small came from the one place.

We purchased all of the fittings (vanity, shaving cabinet, bath, shower heads, taps and shower screen) to renovate two bathrooms.

Prices were competitive and all of the items arrived on time.

Along the way a number of issues arose with the reno and the guys offered alternative solutions and swapped out items without any hassles.
It was amazing some of the ideas they came up with.

Because they are local it was easy to drop in and discuss issues and be able to checkout the options in person.

So I highly recommend them for anyone building or renovating bathrooms.

How did I not find this the place earlier?!

The week before Christmas I walked in to Hot & Cold at Engadine and told the showroom manager Bill, that I needed a Christmas miracle. I had procrastinated buying all the pc items for our full house renovation for months and now I was in trouble. I had a limited budget and an even more limited time frame as our builders was starting our job the first week of January. I really was asking for a miracle as many suppliers shut up shop until mid-January.

At the insistence of our tile supplier I had come to Hot & Cold and was pleasantly surprised at their comprehensive showroom and list of suppliers espeically considering I call myself a local and had never set foot inside before.

Within minutes I realised that I'd found the right place as Bill's knowledge and experience became evident. Not only did he help me to choose everything for 2.5 bathrooms and a laundry but he did so within my budget and liasied with his suppliers and my builder to ensure that every item was on site before the trades needed them. I was also grateful that Bill doubles as a bathroom designer with many years of experience so he was able to guide my choices as to avoid any layout and style faux pas as we updated our 40 year old bathrooms.

The outstanding customer service continued with Curt the store's owner, as he happily refunded us a couple of items that we had to return with last minute changes that we made to our laundry.

Very happy with our whole experience with Hot & Cold Outlet of Engadine and will do our best to make sure we spread the word around about this great family owned and run business.

Smaller range of products on display but is ok for this boutique shop. Bill was not very helpful, despite claiming the 1st spot for Shire plumber completing 1000 bathrooms he said it is "too hard" to do cabinets for our laundry. Credit to my wife, she got it done easily with small help at Beaumont tiles without any prior experience.
