Popped in to order some lunch while we were in Ipswich for the day, greatly disappointed in the food and wait times. Waited at least 15 minutes (was told towards the end they were just waiting for the grilled chicken bacon & cheese) it was made incorrectly /asked for NO cheese / and missing 2 toppings /tomato and BACON / Both chicken patties from our order were incredibly tough & overcooked, chips were partially stale, didn't have any lactose free milk for the iced coffee however we still paid the extra for it. Pretty much the only thing made correctly was the coke. I definitely will not go back to this particular store.

After waiting in car park for over 10 minutes my hash brown was burnt, wrap poorly put together and my ice coffee tested like poorly flavoured milk. Really disappointing after waiting so long

I love hjs but the yamanto store has gone down hill I barely see any staff on and today’s order was gross probably because they are so understaffed. My nuggets were cold and hard, chips hard and cold and no sauce for my nuggets. I won’t be wasting my money here again this has been a common reoccurrence for the past couple of orders.

Ordered 2 tropical whoppers which were both cold and really some effort and fillings would have been good since we ordered the same from a store nearby last time and were beautiful. Shocking store go elsewhere. Wont waste my time and money again. Pathetic!!

This morning 8/6/2023 I ordered to breakfast small meals (1x sausage and egg and 1x bacon and egg). Asked for 2 oranges juices instead of the coffees. The order taker says would you like 2 sugars in the cappuccinos! How about listening. Get home with my order and I got a bacon deluxe small meal with chips instead of a bacon and egg muffin with a hash brown. This store needs to get its act together and listen to customer orders. I shouldn’t have to check the order, get it right the first time.

I did not get what I had ordered or paid for. I had ordered a breakfast Double Sausage & Egg on a Turkish Bun, however I was given just a plain Egg & Bacon Turkish Bun instead.

Unfortunately I had taken a bite out of my meal before I had realised there were two sausage patties missing. I told a staff member & showed them the docket indicating my order, & all I was offered was a sorry in return.

This was the first time in over 4 years I had bought a meal from Hungry Jacks after I'd experienced a similar circumstance at another outlet in 2019.

In future, I will give Hungry Jacks a miss entirely.

This owner clearly does not put enough staff on. The wait times are hideous and foods cold. The store is run down. Not a typical HJs ,we drive to West Ipswich and the service is quicker and food good.
Do not recommend this store.

Tonight, I ordered a family meal through the hungry jacks app at 0636pm, 2 bags were delivered at 0755pm, missing 4 burgers, 2 chips and 1 southern tenders. The food that was delivered was cold after being in transit for an hour and 17 minutes and the drinks were tipped over in the bag spiling coke through my house on the way to the table. I called the store to report the issue, they directed me to menue log, who refunded me $52 of the $62.90 order, charging me for the cold food and spilt drinks
