This was hugely punishing process with Hunter Joinery. I’d not use them ever again. We had to measure and provide all the details of what we needed. They didn’t come and check or measure themselves. The didn’t send us back drawings to approve. The whole process was a nightmare. Constant delays and no communication with us. Finally got our order only to find they’d redesigned one very important part without consultation with us which meant it had to be redone by then and that took forever to be finalised. They then didn’t even wrap it correctly for transport so it got damaged. Being the ones in the industry with all the knowledge they sadly did not offer any tips or thoughts on the cupboards and how to open them, so many of the cupboards we had to fix that issue ourselves which was frustrating. They got measurements wrong on the wall tower from what was provided so our builder had to spend time fixing that mistake so our oven could go in.

Overall very disappointed with the process and the lack of effort towards us as paying customers.

Wasn’t particularly happy with these guys after installing a benchtop at my house. Number 1 reason being I have emailed twice in 5 months with my concern & they can’t even respond. After care is also important to customers!

The product HJ provided was fine, but just make sure your tradies / installers account is up to date with HJs because you may end up waiting a very long time… After procuring a tradesman in Oct 21 (recommended by HJs) who didn’t have an up to date account…
I didn’t even have a complete kitchen for Christmas 21…. In fact it took from Oct 21 - Jan 22 to get a Benchtop and doors only (just a refresh not like a whole kitchen yeah)
It was very disappointing, out of HJs control because old mates bills weren’t paid, but just a warning to others… Do not engage Chris’s Custom Cabinetry.

Sean and the team at Hunter Joinery are amazing. The quality of the cabinets is incredible, we ordered kitchen, laundry, butlers, bar and all the robes for our new build. They went above and beyond dealt with the difficulties of a New Build and also helping get all the stock onsite. You want amazing service from a dedicated team with the most beautiful product, Hunter joinery is the company for you.
