I'm really happy with our new security screen from these guys. We got a fast on site assessment and quote on the spot.

We had a think about it for a few days, and since we needed a doggy door I went to their workshop to look at the options.

One of the staff in the workshop showed me the materials and together we decided that the diamond frame would suit the look of my house better and would save $300, while being just as secure.

About three days later the installer turned up and had the door installed with security latching in about 30 minutes. It slides so much better than the old one and the dog took to it no problem.

I had really good interactions with three different staff and that's impressive for any company. Thanks guys for your help, I took the Bunnings door back and I'm so glad I got the real deal.

I’ve had a great experience with Hunter Valley Security Doors. I arranged for a quote and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The quote was quick and competitively priced. They went to some effort to get the correct window frame colour and advised me of exact costings. I paid a deposit and with four days the frames were installed. They look good and are exactly what I wanted. Again, the installer arrived exactly when he said he would and installation was quick and easy. I later found out this is a family business and that’s reflected in the fact that they are nice people to do business with.

I’ve just had a front and back security door put on today.I only accepted the quote a couple of days ago and they were able to do the job so quick.The guys were very friendly and reliable.The invisiguard doors look very modern and safe. Would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.

I would not use this company again. The two aluminium screens they have recently installed are sagging and rubbing the door handle.

I called twice to see if they could rectify the issue but I was greeted with nothing but excuses. Three weeks later, still no one called back.

I feel that I have been ignored and treated very poorly.
