2025 update to 4 star: LPR improved! But the validation machine scanner is really a headache, always take a while to scan the QR code. 🙁 Weekend 2 hour free parking without validation is great!

2022The new parking system is terrible. Says tickeless but you have to get a ticket because the LPR can't capture my plate.Well then you need to verify your one hour free parking with shopping receipt.
The worst part is the pay machine sometimes has issue with the barcode scan. Not the first time with long queue.....so frustrated

Love the food and shop here... Just the parking part

We are currently sitting just outside thr stn on a train headed to the city. We have been stopped for 35 mins sobfsr with no explanation and people are getting really pussed off! There is sporting events on today do you realise Not good enough

99% of the time the elevators are not working yet we get charged for parking ...its very hard for older & disable person center managment should do something about it .Its been nearly 3yrs like this

Same experience as others with the parking. Worst service when comes to help button. Rude and ignorant. If you don't wanna help then don't work in help centre. So hopeless and ruthless. Don't mind paying a few bucks but it's just false advertising when you said free parking when you spend $15 and over. We bought $200 worth of stuffs and this is how they look after their supporters. Disappointed.

Trains changed tracks and the station operator (mid 40's, caucasian male, greyish hair, sub-average build) was too busy playing on his phone with his feet up to notice. Upto 100 or more missed the train due to Angry Birds.

Sydney transport needs to take a lesson from any other major city in the world.

Go up
