I don’t want an apology I want my expensive system fixed that I worked hard to pay for and this response is the first time someone has said something. I will be happy to change my review if it gets sorted out correctly.
Stay away.
Not 1 good thing I can say about my experience with this company. First booking and communication is bad. They had to come out 4 times rather than doing it correctly the first time because of incorrect wiring etc. Air distribution is shocking some vents have a lot of air some almost nothing. When trying to call or email because control panel stopped working if you get through they say somebody will be in contact with you. Tried again because it started to leak in the roof but no luck. Wall button for room control mounted on slant. No one has called me back. It’s been a year and still nothing.

They arranged an early time to fit in with my work, they arrived exactly on time, the guy knew what he was doing. The air con was really clogged but cleaned without making a mess. It was cleaned 12 months but thrse guys washed not only the removable filters but internals as well. Now 26 degrees is colder than 16 previously Thanks

Just giving 2 stars because the guys were fine.

Called this company to fix my aircon, paid $390 upfront, they came here and spent 1h trying to find the aircon system in the roof. They had to live and said that they would keep in touch for next visit.
I called 3X trying to book or at least get a quote. 1 week later I called again and the lady said she would email the quote. After 2 weeks, I received the email : $1700 dollars.

Meanwhile I called another company who came here 2 days after my call and ONE guy solved the problem in literally 20min. It cost me $230 dollars

I am really surprised with the horrendous price and also the costumer service. What is that?

Great communication prior to our air conditioning service, then notified of eta and really happy with the results of the service. Tradesman kept the indoor area clean and pleasant to have in our home. That’s professional service you don’t get every day and congratulations to the whole team.

Very happy with my split system service. Tech turned up on time, was well presented. He pulled the system apart and gave it good clean. My ac is running great and the air smells fresher when running the ac.
