Outstanding. Have been taking an immediate family member to ICON for treatment every day over the last month and all I can say is a very big thankyou. The staff from admin to clinical all show genuine care and empathy for their patients. It is initially frightening going on the patient journey but the compassion and support shown by the ICON team is absolutely first class. Thankyou

This was my first experience getting radio. 15 cycles over 3 weeks for breast cancer. The team at Icon were all amazing and made the experience easy with their friendly and approachable nature. The team always had music playing for me during sessions asking my preferred artists, my name was used and I was given top care and understanding while I healed. Highly highly recommend the whole team.

The team is EXCEPTIONAL! All the staff treat everyone with such care. I've been spoilt by so many great people inside Icon. I couldn't be more grateful. It is, no doubt, the best cancer treatment centre in Western Australia.

The doctor started my treatment as a matter of urgency with a suspected diagnosis. You do put your trust in the experts after shocking news, even though I questioned it. I was actually getting my first chemo at Icon Rockingham WA when I received a phone call telling me I had a different cancer. The doctor should have waited for the correct scan results to confirm which cancer I had.

Apparently they (after my complaint) have reviewed their procedure so this won't happen to anyone else.
Make sure you are 100% sure of your diagnosis before you go for Chemo with Icon.

I switched to the public service and after some prodding eventually got my insurance excess back from Icon.
