My dad was looking for replacements for a circuit breaker. The salesman told him that it was obsolete and that he couldn’t help. My dad then spent hundreds of dollars for an electrician who afterwards informed him that he got the replacement part at Bunnings. Absolutely disappointed with that salesman and service.

Staff were rude and condescending (2 out of the three). Because I’m not a tradesperson and up with trade lingo I was made feel like I was “ not worthy” of their time - I will NEVER shop there again and neither will my vast network of DIY friends.

The most incompetent, rude and dishonest suppliers I've ever dealt with.
My electrician ordered 9 lightbulbs from them which took 2 weeks to come. Only 4 showed up. They said they reordered the others. But the others would take 3 weeks to come from Sydney. 3 weeks came and went and when I called and checked they said it would be another 2 weeks because their supplier ( Liquid led) was out of stock. I called liquid directly and they said they never placed the order and all products were in stock. It's been 5 weeks and found out they never placed the order. If I could give them a 0 I would. I'm beyond furious at the lack of customer service and lack of competence these morons have.

Appalling service, complete liars and time wasters. I ordered a part 7 weeks ago, I was told that’s it would take a few days as they had to provide a minimum order from the supplier. I visited the shop a week later to be told that the order had been placed and that I would be contacted when the item arrived. Another week later I called the shop for an update, I was told they would call back as Melissa was busy, the call never came. Another week later I called into the shop again and was told that the item had left the supplier and would arrive the following Tuesday. Another week later still no call, I contacted the shop again. None of the other staff could trace the order or even find the stock (I don’t think that it was ordered in the first place) with today’s technology it is a simple process to look in a computer system and check for an order placed or items ordered. A few days later I spoke again with Melissa, she told me that she was going to call them to chase it up. I told her that she had already advised me that it had left the supplier two weeks previously. I recently called the shop a few days ago but they could not assist me with my order or requests. I have therefore told them that I will go elsewhere. They have messed me around for 7 weeks and my electrician who has had to be rebooked and rebooked on numerous occasions. If they did not want my business they should be honest and upfront from our first meeting.
