Very disappointed was wanting a part for our Fan that the light fitting case had broken. The lack of customer service that was shown did not give a rats.So I rang Lightning Illusions Shygate and the Manager Shaun was amazing and even though I did not purchase my fans from them he Rang around and delivered .I have spent a lot of money at ideal electrical on Fans the sales person could not even be bothered to ring the company. Dont waste your time on this company they really dont care.

It’s seems every time I have been here (or the old store on Tingal road) the management and their customer service is sub standard and dry.
I wouldn’t recommend visiting this store unless you are desperate. Head to another supplier or Bunnings and look after yourself. ✌🏽

Go elsewhere customer service is poor never have stock. Only stock basic lighting items and barely have that. Looks you up and down like you have no idea.

Don’t expect any assistance. If you know the part number they will sell it to you, otherwise google the item you want and ask for it specifically. No ideal customer service here. I used to go irregularly, but will avoid the place now. For a guy who sails, he has no respect for customers. Sorry for wasting your precious time in the shop.

I went into this store to get some advice about smoke alarms and it was clear the guy behind the counter was not interested in helping me. His advice was essentially "google it". I then asked asked for some pricing and it was obvious he couldnt be bothered typing anything into the computer so his response was "about $120". Im not sure why you have a store front if you treat the people that come in like trash.

Great store and service to the electrical trade, I've been a sparkie for over 25years and this is one of the good wholsalers, great team and manager. Remember these guys know their products well but are not qualified electricians so are able to give advice on electrical installs or issues!

I personally wouldn’t recommend this business. Went to the store looking for some advice or a point in the right direction regarding an electric motor I’m trying to source eg. Voltage etc as it was an American motor.
Basically got no help from the staff member, who was actually the store manager except for the feeling of being belittled in front of a few store customers who heard what he was saying to me, and I caught up with them in the car park and they said “ wow what a wa**a “, couldn’t agree more.
