The IELTS test centre in Perth is both professional and welcoming, offering a comfortable environment for test-takers. The staffs are friendly and efficient, this helps easing any nerves and ensuring that the process runs smoothly. The centre itself is well-organised and cozy, which creates a calm atmosphere that makes the whole experience feel more manageable.
The speaking test, conducted by Nicolette, was notably supportive. Her clear instructions and approachable demeanor created a relaxed environment that allowed the conversation to unfold naturally. This positive experience reflects the high level of professionalism and care provided by the test centre.

A company that takes advantage of vulnerable people looking to obtain visas or pursue careers within Australia. You receive generic ‘band’ feedback for your test results, so you won’t know the specifics of what you got marked down for. You also won’t get a copy of the written assessment you completed, so you’ll be unable to take it to a tutor that can provide tips or advice. You’ll be charged $200+ for a reassessment of your results that takes them easily less than an hour. They are overcharging foreigners who may be struggling financially and by getting you back into their centre, it means more money for them. The fact that a profitable company like IELTS (Co-owned by a company listed on the ASX) is chosen as the only nominated English test system for some branches of the WA Government is an absolute joke.

Just before the traffic lights on intersection of Newcastle Street and William street. The shady looking apartment building. That would have number 49 on right side wall.
If it’s your lucky day there would put out the board that’s says “IELTS”.

Despite re-marking and re-sitting the writing test, I continue to receive the same result. This is baffling, especially considering I scored high in all other sections and write professional reports in English daily. The lack of transparency in the scoring process raises serious concerns. I cannot recommend IELTS in good conscience.
